Seller Fees

Seller fees are deducted from the seller’s payout, not charged upfront. Held Payout: payout is held until the buyer confirms receipt or the dispute window closes. Refunded or cancelled orders reverse the corresponding fee.

Buyer Protection is default-on above the governed threshold and covers payment-held-until-receipt protection plus the structured dispute flow. Admin-permitted opt-down to an unprotected purchase is available within governed value limits and is not automatic.

Lapse handling
- Trader Lite and Trader Plus: all unused subscription credits expire on lapse.
- Trader Pro: up to 10 credits retained across lapse and resubscribe, provided each retained credit is no older than 1 month. Rollover window while subscribed: 1 month.
Single Credits and Packs
Single credit price: NZD $1.00 per credit before pack discount.

Trade Access
Value Trades are charged in credits per side, not NZD. Cost depends on the trade’s fair value band.

Each party pays the credit cost for their side at trade lock. Credits can be obtained via a subscription tier or by buying single credits or packs (see above).
Free Shipping Incentive
When the order value from a single seller in a single order reaches NZD $11.25 (150% of the platform shipping baseline of NZD $7.50), the free shipping incentive applies.
Single-order, single-seller basis only. Multiple orders may not stack to reach this threshold. Refunded or cancelled orders reverse the incentive.
Payouts and Held Payout
Seller payouts are subject to a Held Payout: the seller’s funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt, the buyer’s action window closes, or any active dispute on the order is resolved.
Held Payout is not an escrow arrangement. The exact action windows and auto-payout timing rules are governed by SOURCE 1 Domain F (Auto_Payout_No_Action_After and related constants). See the Dispute & Returns Policy for the full action-window narrative once that document is published.
GST
Buyer Protection fees are listed inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST treatment for other line items, including seller fees, subscription pricing, and single-credit pricing, is pending confirmation of GST registration with the platform’s accountant. The Fee Schedule will be updated once GST registration status is confirmed.
