A problem with an order or request

If something is wrong with a specific order, open it from My Orders (or My Sales if you are the seller) and use the dispute form to report it:

Requests are manual and offline only — no payment, shipping, or payout is processed, and completion is not guaranteed.
Coordinate with the other party yourselves; arrange any swap or meet-up directly and at your own discretion.
Only your username is shown publicly. Do not share emails, real names, or contact details through the platform.
Found a bug or have feedback? Note the page and what you expected, and pass it to the test organiser through your usual test channel.
